Picking and Packing Time

All orders are packed and shipped within 1 business day! Once an order is packed, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation notification via email or SMS.

 

Shipment Tracking

All physical product orders will include a tracking number and automatic notifications of shipment events either via email, SMS, or Shopify's Shop App.

 

Shipping Times

For domestic US Orders, shipping times for most orders range from 2 to 8 business days depending on your location and the shipping method used for your order. During busy periods such as the holiday season or due to weather events, some orders may take longer to arrive. For International Orders, shipping times range from 4 to 18 days depending on the shipping method, customs, and final mile delivery in the destination country.

Domestic Orders with a Shipping Destination Within the US

The 'Free Shipping over $175' shipping method uses UPS Ground Saver (Final Mile Delivery by USPS), UPS Ground, USPS Ground Advantage, or USPS Priority Mail at our discretion. If you have a particular preference for your order such as UPS Ground delivery, you may opt to select that specific paid shipping method during checkout. We also offer expedited delivery options including UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, and USPS Priority Mail Express.

 

International Orders with a Shipping Destination Outside of the US

The DDU shipping methods used are UPS Standard, FedEx International Connect Plus, and USPS First Class International -- tariffs, duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping methods and their costs vary depending on the order total and item(s) purchased. During the checkout process, shipping methods and their costs will be displayed based on your cart items, cart total, and shipping destination.

 

Shipping Risk

The risk of loss or theft after the successful completion of the shipping process is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that shipments may be covered under a limited insurance policy; however, it is advisable to inquire with us for specific details and coverage limitations.
