Returns Period

Our return policy lasts 60 days. If more than 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once a return label is generated and provided to the customer, the item must be received by the carrier within 28 days. Please include the pack list, the Order Number, or a receipt or proof of purchase when sending back the item.

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days. If Free Returns Coverage by Redo was selected during checkout, then return shipping is free. If Free Returns Coverage by Redo was not selected during checkout, the cost of prepaid return labels may be deducted from the refund amount.

Sale Items

Sale items can be returned and are subject to the same rules as full-price purchases. Sale items are defined as items sold at up to a 40% or less discount percentage from the original marked price.

Clearance Items

Unfortunately clearance items cannot be returned or refunded. Clearance items are defined as items sold at a 40% or higher discount percentage from the original marked price.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be with original product tags and in the original packaging.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, materially different, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Items Not Eligible for Returns

Please note that sales of personal care, fragrance, and underwear items are final and not eligible for return or exchange due to safety and hygiene considerations.

International Returns

For international returns the recipient is responsible for arranging delivery of the order item(s) back to Seattle Thread Company.
