Alternate Returns Process:
1. Please email info@seattlethread.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number before sending back your purchase.

Our return policy lasts 60 days. If more than 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please include the pack list, the Order Number, or a receipt or proof of purchase when sending back the item.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. The cost of prepaid return labels created with the Automated Returns Process may be deducted from the refund amount.
Sale items
Sale items can be returned and are subject to the same rules as full-price purchases.
Clearance items
Clearance items are defined as items sold at a 40% or higher discount percentage from the original marked price. Unfortunately clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.
