Our return policy lasts 60 days. If more than 60 days have elapsed after a purchase is received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once a return label is generated and provided to the customer, the item must be received by the shipping carrier within 28 days.

With redo returns coverage for $0.98 per order, return and exchange labels are free to the customer.

Customer can remove redo coverage from their order and create a return or exchange with label costs deducted from refund.

Once your return is received, verified, and approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days. If Returns Coverage by redo was included in the order, then return shipping is free. If Free Returns Coverage by Redo was not selected during checkout, the cost of prepaid return labels is deducted from the refund amount.

Unfortunately 'Final Sale' items cannot be returned or exchanged. 'Final Sale' items include any items sold at a 70% or higher discount percentage from the original price.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be with original product tags and in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, materially different, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

For international returns the customer is responsible for arranging return shipment of the order item(s) back to Seattle Thread Company.
