Refund policy

Returns Period

Our return policy lasts 60 days. If more than 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once a return label is generated and provided to the customer, the item must be received by the carrier within 28 days. Please include the pack list, the Order Number, or a receipt or proof of purchase when sending back the item.

 

International Returns

Orders are shipped to the customer from the US. For international returns originating from outside of the US, the customer is responsible for arranging delivery of the order item(s) back to Seattle Thread Company with a DDP trackable shipping service.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days. The cost of prepaid return labels may be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be with original product tags and in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, materially different, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

Items Not Eligible for Returns

Please note that underwear and skin care products are not eligible for returns or exchanges for customer and employee safety and hygiene. All underwear and skin care product sales are final.
